Managing Your Profile
Update Your Profile:
In the settings menu, you can update several details including your profile photo, username, email address, timezone, and time format.
Make sure to save any changes you make.
Manage Members and Roles (if you have ownership or admin rights):
As an owner, you can manage workspace members, inviting new members or editing existing roles.
Admins have limited access compared to owners but can manage channels, integrations, and templates.

Billing Options
Billing can be managed in two ways:
Added to the recurring payment for Hyppo's consulting services.
Self-managed using a debit/credit card.
Plans
Free Plan and Business Plan.
To switch to the Business Plan, go to the Billing menu.
At any time, you can downgrade to the Free Plan without incurring additional costs.
Add-ons and Top-up Points
To add add-ons to the account, monthly point payments are required.
Each account has a set number of points that must be purchased through GoChat or agreed upon with Hyppo in advance as part of the billing model.
For the "Credit Card" payment method, make sure you don’t run out of points. Manage your point Top-Up from the following menu.
1 point = 1 USD
Points are used for renewing the monthly subscription and add-ons. You must have enough points available to purchase an add-on.
To manage add-ons, go to the following menu:
Add or remove add-ons.
